By using kramm.app or the Kramm Android app (app.kramm.mobile) you agree to these terms.

1. Service

Kramm is a productivity workspace (tasks, habits, Pomodoro, budget, team calendar, AI). We provide it on an "as is" basis and may update features, rate limits, or APIs (versioned /v1) with notice.

2. Accounts

You must be 13+. You are responsible for your credentials and for keeping your Supabase session secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits (middleware.ts: 60/min AI, 20/min auth) or attempt injection/XSS.

3. Acceptable use

No reverse-engineering auth bypass, RLS bypass, or scraping beyond your own data.
No uploading unlawful, infringing, or harmful content.
AI features may generate imperfect advice — you remain responsible for decisions.

4. Subscriptions & payments

If you purchase via Google Play Billing, payments are handled by Google. Refunds per Google Play policy. We may offer free tier + paid plans later.

5. IP

Your content remains yours. You grant us a license to host and sync it to provide the service. Kramm branding, code, and design remain ours.

6. Disclaimer & liability

Service is provided without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees you paid in the last 12 months. AI outputs are not professional advice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account anytime (Settings → Danger Zone). We may suspend for terms violations with notice where feasible.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by applicable law in your jurisdiction; disputes resolved via informal resolution first, then competent courts.
